SHINE is our special needs ministry here at Greenwell Springs.

Greenwell Springs believes the Gospel is for everyone—in fact, 1 Corinthians 12:22 teaches that the church is incomplete without those who have special needs. The Shine Ministry at GSBC seeks to welcome, love, encourage and support families living with disability. Our goal is to ensure that everyone, regardless of ability, can worship, serve and grow at GSBC.

Shine raises awareness and offers support through:

• Offering disability training and special events;
• Providing a Buddy Program for church members who need assistance during Sunday School and church services, and
• Coordinating ongoing efforts to develop additional church resources, such as a designated Sensory Room.
